You will pay the study abroad application fee and the UA program cost through your UA Bursar's account (billable subtotal). The program cost includes tuition, housing, field trips and cultural excursions, in-country transportation, some meals and insurance. The remaining items (non-billable subtotal) listed are estimated costs you will incur while abroad, such as flight, food and personal expenses.
